Current Initiatives to Support

High-Barrier Sports Access Pilot

For 10–15 young people (13–17) from low-income backgrounds, we’ll subsidise access to high‑barrier sports like rowing, equestrian and golf. This sits under Get Your Community Right and Get Your Fitness and Nutrition Right, opening doors to opportunities, spaces, and networks that are usually closed off.

Clean Eating Family Subsidy Study

We’ll support 5 families in receipt of benefits to swap ultra‑processed foods for cleaner alternatives. By reviewing weekly shopping receipts, replacing items, and covering the cost difference, we’ll track before‑and‑after impact and share the findings with councils, supermarkets and partners to drive wider change.

First Suits & Professional Wear Fund

This initiative helps young people secure their first suit or professional outfit for job interviews and key opportunities. We remove a simple but real barrier to confidence and access, so they can show up as their best selves.

Licence Gateway

The Licence Gateway helps cover the cost of key qualifications and checks like CSCS cards, SIA licences, food hygiene certificates, first aid, DBS checks, construction tickets, forklift training and lifeguard training, so money isn’t the thing that stops someone stepping into work.

Bus Pass Bursary

We’ll provide travel support for young people who are ready to move but can’t afford to get there. The bus pass bursary helps them attend interviews, training, mentoring sessions and opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.

Mentor–Mentee Pathways Programme

A 6–12 week mentoring scheme that connects ambitious young people with real‑world success stories in the fields they want to pursue. Together they explore pathways, build confidence and turn ideas into concrete next steps.

Working together is simple.

1

Initial Conversation

We learn about your organisation, goals and areas of interest.

2

Partnership Planning

Together we identify the best ways your organisation can make an impact.

3

Programme Delivery

We deliver meaningful opportunities, experiences and initiatives together.

4

Measure Impact

We evaluate outcomes and celebrate the difference we've made.

5

Grow Together

As our partnership develops, we continue creating new opportunities for even greater community impact.

Join a growing network of organisations creating positive change.

Industry Partners are showcased within our Partner Directory, allowing visitors to discover organisations that actively invest in their communities. This provides valuable visibility while helping participants connect with trusted employers, educators and organisations committed to creating opportunities.
