Our Initiatives
These are the near-term pilots we’re running to help young people and families get their lives right, and to show partners what’s possible at scale.
High-Barrier Sports Access Pilot
We are sponsoring 10–15 teenagers (aged 13–17) from low income backgrounds to participate in exclusive sports like golf, rowing, and equestrianism. Recognizing that influential connections are often built in these arenas, we aim to help them master these disciplines. Our goal is to open doors to elite environments, fostering the confidence and professional networks needed to secure high-value opportunities that might otherwise remain inaccessible.
Clean Eating Family Subsidy Study
We help eligible families reduce the cost of nutritious food, ensuring financial barriers don't prevent access to healthier choices. By analyzing weekly grocery habits, alternating ultra-high processed foods for clean alternatives, and financing the price gap, we aim to measure the health outcomes and share our evidence with local authorities and retailers to spark meaningful systemic reform.
First Suits & Professional Wear Fund
Our program assists youth in acquiring their first professional garments for interviews and career milestones. By removing financial obstacles to attire, we empower them to present their strongest selves with confidence.
Bus Pass Bursary
We’ll provide travel support for young people who are ready to move but can’t afford to get there. The bus pass bursary helps them attend interviews, training, mentoring sessions and opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.
Mentor–Mentee Pathways Programme
A 6–12 week mentoring scheme that connects ambitious young people with real‑world success stories in the fields they want to pursue. Together they explore pathways, build confidence and turn ideas into concrete next steps.
Licence Gateway
The Licence Gateway helps cover the cost of key qualifications and checks like CSCS cards, SIA licences, food hygiene certificates, first aid, DBS checks, construction tickets, forklift training and lifeguard training, so money isn’t the thing that stops someone stepping into work.
